Brookline CDC

Brookline Improvement Coalition, Inc (BIC)was established in 1980 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit local housing development corporation for the purpose of furthering affordable housing opportunities in the Town of Brookline, Massachusetts. BIC has a long history of successful affordable housing projects and is continuing to create programmatic and development opportunities in Brookline. BIC is the Town of Brookline's only community development corporation (CDC).
